About me

The brand

I am Emese Ihász, the creator of the brand. The jewelry I design is made with passion, striving for uniqueness and fine craftsmanship.

My goal is to tell stories with my collections and create pieces that will be your most cherished treasures for decades to come.

How did I become a goldsmith?

I've always been interested in fashion. I started out in the clothing line. In high school, I entered the Golden Needle competition several times. First, I won the most creative award, then the costume category.

However, I always felt a sense of loss. Sewing did not satisfy my desire to create, so I enrolled in a goldsmithing course during college. When I was accepted, one of my friends reminded me that I dreamed of making goldsmith rings for her back then. I would like to thank her for confirming the correctness of my decision. I wouldn't do anything else since then!

I have been making unique jewelry since 2012. I studied at Óbuda University as a light industry engineer and then graduated from Kisképző High School as a goldsmith.

The story of my workshop table

My workshop table is extremely dear to my heart.

My grandfather made it for me when he was 80. When I finished school, I asked him to make me a simple little table to start with. It doesn't have to be decorated, the main thing is that it has a hardwood top and you can hammer big things on it.

Finally, he made me a beautiful, ornate table, a combination of oak and mahogany on an iron frame, which became the centerpiece of my workshop. He placed a plaque on it that said, “I made it for my…granddaughter…” and the year.

And when I gave it to him, he whispered that this would be my wedding present from him.
